Overview

Material component dedicated to hair shading, giving a characteristic double scatter "shine" to the hair surface. The technique uses two specular components that can be moved independently, rendering two highlights. The specular is oriented along the texture mapping

The “Hair” component will orient the specular along the direction of the texture mapping and shift the specular mask of the hair in order to obtain that specific “shine”.

Controls the secondary specular highlight, and can mask certain areas that the user does not want to appear (0 the specular will not be visible, 255 full specular)

Move the position of the secondary highlight

Change the color of the secondary highlight

Use Binormal 

Swaps the direction in which the speculator is read

Alpha test

Decides what is visible and what is transparent, what is discarded by the alpha test will be rendered transparent.
